Marcus is committed to social change through social enterprise initiatives and believes in the power of young people - whatever their circumstances or challenges - to generate measurable positive social impact.

Kevin

Kevin Lynch

Kevin is an experienced practitioner and project lead, having worked previously for the Youth Offending Service. 

He is inspired by the idea of a world where young people feel fulfilled and engaged in shaping their lives by having a positive impact in their communities. 

Outside the office you can find him at White Hart Lane cheering on Spurs or playing football. Kevin lives a healthy lifestyle, is a gym addict and can do an impressive amount of both keepy-ups and press ups.

PC Claire Lake

PC Claire Lake

PC Claire Lake is one of the seconded police officers to EPIC and the Youth Justice Team in Doncaster, embarking on this role nearly 2 years ago.

Having worked as a Children’s and Young Person's Officer previously, she sees the importance and benefit of using all the tools at her disposal to prevent young people from entering the criminal justice system whilst complying with procedures to ensure both police and YJT systems are up to date.

Libby Ensor

Specialising in trauma-informed practice and domestic abuse, Libby is extremely enthusiastic about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. To relax, Libby loves nothing more than spending time with animals or shopping hours on end.

Tom

Tom Chambers

Tom has been working with Team EPIC since March 2017, having spent 15 years working around the world with internationally recognised companies both in the UK and Spain.

Working with the holding company of Manchester City Football Club, Tom recently spent a year working in China to deliver coaching and personal development to both players and coaches at the Yucai Middle School in the Chongqing Province. 
 
Tom is our Project Lead focused on introducing young people into a range of fun and engaging activities.

Tariq

Tariq Jawaid

Tariq joined EPIC in 2020 after working as the Behaviour Lead in a school in Cleethorpes. He is a qualified Youth Worker with over 20 years experience as a street based worker and working in youth centres.

Tariq has also worked within North East Lincolnshire supporting the Youth Offending Service - delivering a range of intervention programmes aimed at reducing youth-related anti-social beahaviour. 

Outside of work, Tariq is a film buff and enjoys nothing more than relaxing and catching the latest film releases.

Stephen is a creative and has a flair for thinking outside the box. He brings a can-do attitude to everything he does. If you need tips on how to save and make money or recommendations on the best hotels in town - London, New York or Tenerife - Stephen is your man.

Tom Johnson

Tom is an active, hands on member of the team with a passion for football. Tom has been a lifelong supporter of Manchester United and currently enjoys playing for Winterton Rangers FC. Tom has travelled the world playing football in Australia where he took great pleasure in meeting new people and experiencing life down under until an unfortunate injury ended his time over there early.

Emma Johnson

Specialising in Youth Work and creating positive opportunities for young people, Emma has excellent knowledge and experience in delivering in this area of work. Emma comes from a heavily sporting background, through study and professional sport playing at the highest level of women’s football in the English Women’s Super League and Championship. She has also studied at Sheffield Hallam University for five years - achieving both an Undergraduate degree and Postgraduate Master’s degree.

Andrea Moore

Andrea Moore

Andrea looks after our wonderful team of volunteer mentors who support our young people to reach their potential and have the chance to join in with new activities and experiences. She is very competitive at the driving range and loves organising group activities for all to enjoy.  

Andrea is also our Business Support Officer for the team and gets everyone organised and is our social secretary! She enjoys eating out in fancy restaurants and getting all dressed up for a day at the races! Her two puppies keep her busy and are making the perfect 'working from home' buddies.

Jamie Tune

Jamie is energetic and enthusiastic in all that he does. He is a natural when it comes to sporting activities and has bags of energy as well as ‘bags of character’. Not sure if he is a natural when it comes to ‘fantasy football’ - the conversations in the office with colleagues tell a different story. 

Jamie likes nothing better than the great outdoors and you will often find him spending many weeks visiting the beautiful, scenic views of Cornwall in his trusted VW Transporter.

Steve is a local lad from Bentley who has a passion for the finer things in life such as music and doing things right. A Dad and Grandad himself with several years’ experience of teaching (music, engineering, oh yeh and SCUBA Diving, lol) and managing alternative teaching provisions for the private sector and government contracts, along with an understanding of young people who just need a little support to reach their full potential in life.
